Description

Reporting to the Manager, Catering and Banquets, the position of Porter Lead is responsible for one or more Porters in the Catering department, in ensuring rooms are set up in accordance with conference standards and function sheet requirements.  The Porter Lead must inspire the members of their team to meet and exceed departmental goals and objectives, and readily identifies the strengths and weaknesses of each team member and inspires them to do their best work in an effective manner.
