Description

The Manager, Counselling Services is accountable for the leadership, planning, development, implementation, evaluation and management of a comprehensive system of counselling services for students with a focus on wellness and mental health. This position will act as an institutional expert/leader in the provision of student wellbeing with a focus on mental health.

In addition to the daily financial management and allocation of operational resources, the manager is responsible for the planning, implementation and control of departmental operational and capital plans and budgets.

The manager will be accountable and have independent authority for the direction, recruitment, retention, performance management and training of multiple staff to ensure that Saskatchewan Polytechnic is equipped to deliver the best educational experience possible for its students.

This position can be located in Saskatoon, Regina, Moose Jaw or Prince Albert.
