The position

Were looking for a Document Management Representative to join our team for approximately one year. A DMR who is a member-service ambassador, loves to lend a helping hand and thrives in a team setting .

How youll spend your time

- providingimaging services and advice to our internal partners
- directing visitor traffic and monitoring deliveries and shipments

What were looking for

- a hardworking, supportive individual who pays attention to even the smallest of details
- a thirst for understanding and following policies, practices and procedures
- dedication to learning and to personal development; wed be excited to see some credit union specific knowledge such as Deposit Services Managing the Risk, Lending Security Guide and the Law, Fraud ID and Prevention
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
one year of customer service experience
