Facility: St Pauls Hospital
Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Acute Care Access Services (ACAS), the Patient Care Supervisor will: Provides 24 hour coverage within the acute care setting to ensure access to safe patient care. This includes accountability for decision-making re: placement and movement of patients and resources within the system. Provides specific clinical direction to the patient placement.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
5 years recent clinical nursing experience in an acute care setting required.    
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Advanced communication skills
Advanced problem solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing conditions
