Facility: Idylwyld Centre
Job Description: Under the direction of the home care manager, the clinical cooordinator: ensures the provision of safe, comprehensive care in multiple work sites, meeting client and staff needs through coordination and communication within a large geographic area (both urban and rural).
Required Qualifications

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Nursing
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Registered or eligible for registration with the Saskatchewan Registered Nurses Association (SRNA)
Experience
3 years recent experience in community nursing and at least two years of broad generalist nursing experience is required.

Ability to competently use computers and software applications as required by the position

NOTE: This is a Provincial Posting and is open to all SUN members within the bargaining unit as per Articles 27.02 and 27.05 of the SUN Collective Bargaining Agreement. First preference will be given to employees of the SKHA (Saskatoon) and its affiliated agencies.

Hours of Work: Shift Information: Days, Evenings, Weekends, On Call
In a 6 week rotation: 28 shifts of 8.00 hours
