Adecco is currently hiring for a contract Emergency Management and Regulatory Resource in Regina, SK. To qualify for this Emergency Management and Regulatory Resource role, you must have a degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Commerce. Alternatively - 3 to 5 years of significant applicable industry experience in emergency management or regulatory.
Emergency Management and Regulatory Resource Responsibilities:
Provide technical support by applying principles in the investigation, analysis and resolution of problems related to physical security, emergency response and regulatory compliance
Participate in the development and updating of policies, internal standards, procedures, processes and specifications ensuring modifications comply with industry standards and regulations.
Provide project management for assigned projects to finalize and approve project design and drawings, ensuring requirements are met. This includes:
Provide design approvals
Obtain necessary internal / third party approvals
Process material requests
Coordinate the project with internal groups and external agencies
Manage project budget resources
Prepare training relative to emergency management and/or regulatory compliance
Maintain an awareness of industry and legislative developments and evaluate and prepare recommendations for compliance Complete project review to evaluate project results and prepare file documentation.
Emergency Management and Regulatory Resource Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Commerce
Alternatively - 3 to 5 years of significant applicable industry experience in emergency management or regulatory
Experience with the following software would be beneficial:
MS Office
Project Server
Share Point
ESRI GIS
