Director of Finance
The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan (JHSS) is a well-established non-profit organization that assists individuals who are at risk or are involved in the criminal justice process by providing prevention, intervention, support services and advocacy. The organization delivers a variety of criminal and social justice related programs through its four branches in Saskatchewan, and has been incorporated since 1958.
The John Howard Society of Saskatchewan is seeking its next Director of Finance. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Director of Finance is responsible for the oversight and management of all financial systems within the organization.
As an ideal candidate, you are a proven executive with strong leadership skills and management experience. The successful candidate will have experience for the quality and content of all financial data, reporting, and audit coordination. Keen analytic, organization, and problem solving skills which support sound decision-making is required for this position.
The Director of Finance will possess a professional designation in accounting. A minimum of 3 to 5 years overall professional experience is required to be successful in this role. Experience working with a Board of Directors is an asset.
