Description

We are a SaaS technology company providing software service to the healthcare industry. We have an opening for a Technical Customer Support Specialist in our Saskatoon office. This is an intermediate Software Support Specialist role. Successful candidates will resolve client issues which will come in via phone calls, text messages, and email. This function will include assisting clients with technical issues and questions, software installations, upgrades, and provide effective resolutions in a timely manner that may require meeting customer in person or via remote sessions.


Duties:
    Managing of cloud-based application, with a focus on customer support.
    Provide end user training and support to ensure the smooth operation of the application and promote user experience
    Coordinate with CTO, 3rd party partners, healthcare providers and application users for application upgrades and bug fixes, to ensure the smooth running of the application.
    Monitor the functions of the application and liaising with users to ensure that the applications is performing optimally and serving users need.

Knowledge / Experience:

    Experience cloud-based platforms
    Knowledge with web design/development in PHP/Laravel
    Experience using or knowledge of Jira bug tracking tool, GitHub, Git, Slack
    Basic understanding of Android and IOS development is an added advantage
    Basic understanding of provisioning and deployment systems (push to deploy systems) specifically Laravel Forge is an added advantage
