Summer Student JobYellow Quill Urban Services, Inc. is looking for 3 summer students to work in our office. Students must be returning to high school or post-secondary studies in the fall.
Students will job-shadow staff in different aspects to learn the day-to-day activities of the urban office. Students will learn time-management, teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. General office duties will include reception work, filing, faxing/scanning documents, answering phones, preparing newsletters, assisting with YQUS work plan, reviewing policies, etc.
Students will also assist with fundraising efforts such as steak nights, assist with our Elder's Appreciation lunch, Annual BBQ, Culture Camp, and other Cultural activities. Other duties may be assigned by the General Manager as necessary.
