Receptionist/Administrative Assistant/Transcriptionist

Court Reporting/Transcription firm looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant.  
Position includes:
Reception and Administration duties including transcription.  Must have the ability to provide clerical support and assistance to staff; working in a team environment; ability to meet stringent deadlines and pay close attention to detail.  Strong knowledge of computer applications including Outlook, MS Word (current version) and Excel are essential.  50 wpm or higher is a prerequisite.  Must be security cleared for confidential information.  Legal experience and Office Education Course is an asset.  Excellent punctuation and grammar skills are necessary.  Must be able to pass a typing exam, grammar, punctuation and spelling exam.

Scheduling of court cases, booking boardrooms; preparing boardrooms, and confirmations are  part of the duties.  Other duties include binding, photocopying, reviewing, proofreading and transcription of confidential transcripts.
