About the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator Role
Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payroll, payroll reports and benefits administration. This role ensures all activities are complete in accordance with CBAs, company policies and process in place. Proficiency with payroll and accounting software.
Typically the knowledge and skills required for this position would be attained through the completion of a post-secondary education or diploma focusing on accounting or payroll functions. 2 or more years' experience administering payroll and benefits. Understanding of benefits administration processes.
