Description

Accountable to represent Finance as a subject matter expert, project leader and business analysis prime on billing system and process changes. Accountable for providing Finance requirements including controls for revenue assurance to maintain integrity of financial assets & financial reporting. Accountable to ensure the functionality and processes created or changed due to Finance requirements are tested thoroughly before going into production. Accountable to create and maintain billing system and process documentation.

Qualifications

- A Professional Accounting Designation or Bachelor's Degree (Admin/Commerce) with major in Finance/Accounting/General Business or Project Management Professional Designation with a minimum of 5 years of telecommunications billing system and process experience.
- A expert level understanding of corporate Billing Systems & Processes.
- A solid understanding of SaskTel financial/general ledger accounts and SaskTel financial statements.
- A strong understanding of financial controls and CEO/CFOCertification principles.
- A solid understanding of SaskTel product & service portfolios.
- A strong understanding of system development life cycle and computer system concepts.
- A strong knowledge of requirements gathering and change management methodologies.
- A strong understanding of system testing methodologies.
