Description

The Senior Manager, Employee Relations is responsible for implementing and maintaining regulatory compliance and best practices through the procedural development of all Human Resource policies, protocols and standard operating procedures. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, the incumbent coordinates the implementation and effectiveness of all departmental services including: Health and Safety, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Retention, Performance Management, Training and Succession Planning to best support the Citys greatest asset, its human capital.
