Pineland Co-op invites applications for the position of Assistant Bulk Petroleum Manager. Reporting to the Division Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for assisting the Manager in the areas of: daily operations, budgeting, inventory control, merchandising, talent management and guest service.
Applicants must have a solid background in retail management with demonstrated experience in bulk petroleum management and talent management. The successful applicant will be dedicated to outstanding guest service, demonstrate excellent communication skills and have the ability to work independently as well as a member of a highly motivated team. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
This position requires a dynamic self-starter with a positive attitude, team building skills, strong leadership skills; and the ability to develop loyal, long-term relationships with our members and guests. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, and possesses strong business management, administrative and supervisory skills. Diversified petroleum experience is preferred. Must have class 3A or 1A drivers license or willing to obtain within six months.
