Description

We are currently looking for a Service Advisor. We are currently accepting applications for this position and are setting up interviews as soon as possible for prospective candidates.

What will be required of you:
Serve clients efficiently to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
Explain the type of service work scheduled to clients.
Identify additional service work required for vehicles and effectively communicate to clients.
Complete repair orders, ensuring all information is correctly entered into system.
Conduct follow-up calls with customers.
Maintain necessary product knowledge.
Other tasks assigned by management.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 1 year in Service Advisor role.
Passion for customer service.
Automotive experience and knowledge preferred.
You enjoy talking with customers, identifying their needs, ensuring a positive customer experience.  
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Driven to succeed, self-starter, with a strong work ethic.
Highly organized, detail oriented, coachable and open to continuous learning and development.
Effective negotiator  and possess a great deal of professionalism.
Strong computer skills; experience with Mitchell Shop Management.
Valid drivers license, with a clean drivers abstract.
