Description

IIBC is a Saskatoon-based Immigration and Business Consulting company and we need a great person for our team. This is a permanent, full-time position with the opportunity to grow into expanded roles. After 6 months probationary period, you will be eligible for company extended medical benefits. The position will start with a wage range of 13-19 dollars per hour with periodic wage increases and performance bonuses. Our system is online and digital, so it is critical that the applicant can work in a paperless office environment efficiently.

Duties/responsibilities:
-Develop and implement data administration policy, standards and models.
-Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, data access rules and security.
-Develop policies and procedures for network and/or Internet database access and usage and for the backup and recovery of data.
-Conduct research and provide advice to other information systems professionals
-Write scripts related to stored procedures and triggers.
-May lead and co-ordinate teams of data administrators in the development and
-Check documents for accuracy, write emails and create templated emails. Communicate via phone, email, online chat, online call and online video call
-Sets up meetings with individual with the consultant, assist online for payment for services and upsell services as required
-Follows up with the potential clients to confirm attendance for in person meetings, consultations, and online meetings.
-Administrative tasks as required

Required skills:
-A bachelor's degree or Completion of a college program is required
-Computer Data Administrator experience.
-Ability and confidence to speak with clients and potential clients
-Ability to follow industry regulations
-MS office professional,
-Typing 50 words per min.
-Ability to effectively communicate in English
-Additional languages an asset
