GasBuddy is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team dedicated to providing the ultimate experience for our members. GasBuddy is the leading gas price comparison app and website, connecting drivers with their Perfect Pit Stop.
As a Customer Support Specialist on the GasBuddy Customer Support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users who have questions about our new or existing products. You will complete support tickets through the web, app, and phone, so a solid understanding of GasBuddy and our products is required.
The right candidate will be an excellent communicator, passionate about customer service, comfortable in a fast moving organization, and excited to collaborate and express ideas. This role works closely with the Manager of Customer Support, the Director of Customer Success, and various development teams.
