We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and energetic individual to join our Ituna Home & Farm Supply Centre team as the Branch Manager. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Ituna Branch Manager is responsible for sales, margin, expenses and inventory of the Ituna Home and Farm Supply Centre. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of lumber, hardware and agro products. Commitment to satisfactory customer experience and business excellence is essential.

The ideal applicant must have strong communication skills, ability to lead and motivate team members, and excel in performance management. He/she should have the ability to delegate and organize team members and be approachable to team members and customers. The successful candidate must be a strong advocate and role model for workplace safety, and must ensure his/her values align with ours: Excellence, Integrity and Progressive. He/she will also have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a management role.
