WELLHEAD FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Reporting directly to the Wellhead Assistant Manager, the Field Service Technician is responsible for working directly under the supervision of the Field Service Lead Hand, and in compliment to sales, production staff, and applicable processes utilized in the means and facilitation of production, shipping, and procurement of goods and services. Along with its expectation of quality product, understand service is paramount to our customers. All management and staff will be held accountable.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
To fully support documented internal company quality programs and procedures.
To fully follow company sanctioned safety programs, which is key to the welfare of our employees. There is a legal responsibility on your part under Legislation to ensure that none of your employees are put at risk.
To assist in the development of a strong service team.
To assist with all other divisions and branches, thereby maximizing our efficiencies. Cross-training and inter-branch support are expected.
Assist the Field Service Lead Hand to coordinate jobs and field service with Inside Sales staff.
Timely and complete maintenance of Field Service units and related equipment to manufacturer, internal best practice, or to documented procedures.
Fleet and equipment, all fall under your responsibility. Proper logbooks and records must be kept to ensure adequate service intervals and hours of service regulations are followed. Audit preparation and success are your responsibility under the supervision of the Field Service Lead Hand.
Customer service is part of your responsibilities, and it is important that you begin to solidify relationships to help maximize sales and profits.
