Thorpe Brothers Ltd. has operated in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning service industry since 1946.
To continue furthering this service, Thorpe Brothers is hiring a permanent, full-time Service Manager to lead this department of our locally owned company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensuring our goal of delivering and maintaining the highest level of exceptional customer service is met.
- Lead the department in terms of daily scheduling, ordering of stock, and monitoring a workforce of qualified  
  service technicians.
- Review and approve billing.
- Determine new customer and department growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years office experience with extensive computer skills.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Personable, self-motivated and detail oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity.
- Exceptional communication and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to be receptive to the needs of our customers.
- Be adept at handling fluctuating workloads.
- Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
- Knowledge of plumbing, heating and cooling system would be an asset.
