David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, to recruit an Accounting and Finance Administrator to support their local business operations in Saskatoon, SK.
Accounting/ Finance Duties
Administering lease payments
Accounting entries for receiving lease payments
Performing lease buyout calculations
Administering loans
Accounting entries for loan payments
Tracking loan balances and preparing year-end confirmations
Administrating insurance on leases
enrolling, canceling, invoicing and setting up EFT payments
Assisting lease administration
Setting up lease files
Completing release of interest and discharges on leased equipment
Administrative duties:
Answer phone calls and handle clients interactions over the telephone
Filing and tracking well-organized client files
Coordinating with clients and team in-house
Handling highly confidential materials
The Ideal Candidate:
Background and education in Accounting, and/ or Finance
Effective written and oral communication skills
Strong ability to multitask, set and achieve priorities and meet deadlines
Well organized, high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
Ability to work well with people and contribute in a team environment
Down to earth, mature and flexible personality style
Display a keen sense of initiative, direction, and responsibility
Competency with all facets of Microsoft Office specifically Excel
Understanding of and/or experience with the Ag Leasing Business is an asset
