Reporting to the Arborfield Branch Manager, the Store Clerk is responsible for providing prompt, courteous and knowledgeable service to guests. He or she performs cashiering duties and guest service duties along with assisting with stocking and facing of grocery department products and maintaining general cleanliness throughout the front-end. Other duties include providing direction for guests based on a thorough knowledge of item locations in the store, and performing other duties as assigned. This may include balancing tills at the start / end of shifts, monitoring the stores front-end activities where cashiers are working with respect to asset protection and addressing guest concerns in a professional manner.
