The Birch Narrows Dene Nation (BNDN) is currently recruiting for the key leadership role of Director of Operations. This is a permanent full-time position within the senior management structure of the BNDN. Working under the support and supervision provided by the Chief and Council, the Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operations and administration of the Band. This includes involvement in financial planning, overseeing day-to-day operations of the band administration, and ensuring proper reporting occurs to funding agencies. The successful candidate will require strong leadership and communication skills as he/she will be working with Program Managers to develop and deliver programs and services that will meet the needs of the BNDN membership in a timely and efficient manner.
