Lake Country Co-op is currently accepting applications for an Assistant Team Leader at our Miami Food and Fuel Location at Big River First Nation.

Primary Job Functions:
Assisting in leading a culture of safety and maximizing operational efficiency. Provide legendary service with a positive, professional approach and attitude.  Assist in providing leadership through coaching, development and feedback. Administer start and end of day procedures and maintain master files, customer files and vendor files for the department. Maintain perpetual inventory reports and direct regular stock checks. Inventory control including asset protection, ordering and receiving, price changes, printing of tags.  Assist in all operational aspects including but not limited to overseeing ordering, merchandising, margins, expenses, culture, recruiting, scheduling, productivity and performance. Liaison for band office. Thank all customers for visiting the store and ensure that they are completely satisfied with their in-store experience.

-Flexible work schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
-Ability to fulfill physical job requirements.
Desired Skills/Experience
Experience in retail sales especially in the CRS or retail management would be considered an asset.

Reports to Miami Food and Fuel Team Leader
