Glaslyn C-Store & Restaurant is a convenience store & restaurant & gas station
located at Glaslyn, SK.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to fill
the Retail Sales Supervisor:

This is a full-time (part-time is also welcome), permanent position,
with a salary of $21.00/hr based on 30-36 hr/wk and 5.8% vacation pay
(Overtime will be calculated after 40hrs)
    
This position is required completion of secondary school, and
at least 1-2 years related working experience
Language: English

The main duties include:
-Supervise and co-ordinate stock staff and cashiers
-Assign tasks to staffs and prepare work schedules
-Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
-Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
-Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
-Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
-Sell merchandize to customers
-Hire and train or arrange for training of new sales staff
