Our 67 unit Motel is looking to hire a Supervisor for the Housekeeping Department.
This position is 2-5 shifts per week, Daytime hours, Weekends required.
SATURDAY & SUNDAY SUPERVISION and for the right applicant additional shifts at front desk or in housekeeping.

A great Leader will lead by example in all aspects of their employment.
Responsibilities are:
-Training and coaching clean team members on the "6 Steps of Cleaning".
-Tracking labour on a minutes per room sold basis, assisting team in achieving quality results.
-Preparing assignments and following up with progress to meet productivity goals.
-Meet all demands of the property by cleaning rooms and carrying out laundry production when required, sometimes daily.
-Maintain cleanliness of all common areas.
-Effective communication with Guest Services Staff and Maintenance department, in addition to daily productivity reporting to General Manager.
-Responsible for complying with all Safety and Security policies as outlined in the Employee Safety and Security Manual.
Requirements: WEEKEND DAYTIME work required. -Excellent communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills.
-Ability to multitask and direct others to do the same.
-Being AWESOME.
Hospitality experience is preferred but not required. Supervisory experience an asset.
*Wage negotiated based on experience: $13.00 to $20.00 /hour
Experience: cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)
Education: Secondary School (Preferred)
Location: Saskatoon, SK
Licence: Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's License (Required)
