Financial Advisor Development Program - FA Trainee
Innovation Credit Union has opportunities for ambitious career focused individuals to enter into a training program to develop Financial Advisor Skills to prepare candidates for future Financial Advisor roles within Innovation Credit Union. Upon completing the required training, you will be offered a position within the organization. Positions of Financial Advisor include in our Advice Centers and InnContact Centre. Responsibilities in these positions include:
  Provide personal deposit and lending services, and develop long term relationships with members
  Provide individualized financial consulting services (including insurance services) and information to members on services and investment products offered through the Credit Union
Ensure all deposit and loan activities are in compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies, and procedures
Recognize and act upon business development opportunities that would be beneficial to the organization and its members as a whole
Support advice centers as needed
Innovations Travel Practice Guidelines will be followed

In order to help Innovation fulfill our mission: To provide world class financial services wherever you are and whenever you need us - the successful candidate will have the ability to travel to any advice centre, within 200 km of the home advice centre.
