Description

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for Billing Administrator based in Regina, SK.

Summary

The Billing Administrator is directly responsible for performing data entry and related duties in the calculation, preparation, and issuance of bills, invoices, and account statements. This includes maintaining ledgers, credit balances, and resolving account irregularities. This position involves diplomatic interaction with customers to provide billing information and support in order to facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the organization. The Billing Administrator also provides the billing and administrative support to Project Managers.  

Job Duties:  SEE OUR SITE FOR FULL REQUIREMENTS

Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, account statements, and other financial statements
Compile budget data and documents based on estimated revenues and expenses and previous budgets
Prepare period or cost statements or reports
Respond to customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and solve problems
Perform related clerical duties, such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying

Qualifications:  SEE OUR SITE FOR FULL REQUIREMENTS
Post-secondary education in Accounting/Business Administration considered an asset.
Enrollment in the CPA program would be considered an asset.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Several years of experience in a billing/accounts payable/receivable role in service or manufacturing industries would be preferred but not required.
Thorough understanding of general accounting practices.
