We are looking for dynamic individual who is willing to build a career and reputation in IT by contributing to the success of Complete Technologies through business to business sales, maximizing revenue streams and providing excellent customer service.
Major responsibilities
- Proactively acquire new clients by developing a disciplined sales approach, understanding clients needs and asking for business and referrals
- Deepen client relationships by providing proactive advice and solutions, and demonstrating value to clients
- Follow the business plan and corresponding strategies and associated budget to achieve the annual revenue goals and objectives
- Coordinate with the technical team on client service requests to ensure delivery is in accordance with client expectations
- Work with the technical team to develop proposals
- Attend industry functions, association events and conferences to identify market trends and strategies to capitalize on new business opportunities
- Manage social media presence as required
Educational requirements & skills
- 1+ years of successful sales/marketing/business development experience in a business to business environment is an asset
- Advanced portfolio management skills, including proven ability to execute sales activities and manage sales pipeline
- Well-developed relationship building and teamwork skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop compelling presentations and present in public forums
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with the information services industry is an asset
