The City of Warman invites interested contractors or parties to submit written bids for the provision of janitorial services for the RCMP Detachment Building located at 103 6 Avenue S, Warman, SK S0K 0A1.
This contract will be for a period of 24 months following security clearance.
Requirements:
1. A monthly rate based on the duties in Schedule A of the below contract,
2. Cleaning products and equipment necessary to carry out the duties of the contract must be included in the bids (except for what would be provided by the City, details in Schedule A of the contract).
3. Include minimum particulars of staff qualifications, experience, references, insurance and WCB firm number.
4. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract.

Specific Maintenance Activities
- Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
