We are looking for an experienced Sales & Shop Manager for a growing and extremely busy automotive repair and customization shop.

The correct individual is someone experienced and comfortable with providing direct-to-customer sales and service support, as well as experienced and comfortable with all of the 'behind the counter' processes required to keep a busy shop and busy employees running quickly and smoothly.

Experience is a must! This is a very busy shop with an extremely busy customer service/sales department, so we need someone who requires very little training time.  This is not a position for an automotive enthusiast who likes to work on trucks, this is a position for a experienced and professional manager.

Good automotive communication skills is mandatory, must be quick and fluent with computer use, verbal communication skills are hugely important here.  Must have experience with managing employees, parts, shop materials, billing, pricing products, pricing services, etc.  Diesel repair & performance knowledge would be an asset, but not required.
