Jubilee has an exceptional leadership opportunity for a Vice President,Quality and Safety to join our Executive team.Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP Quality & Safety is responsible for providing a leading role in the development, coordination and implementation of Jubilee Residences Strategic Plan with specific accountability for providing internal expertise, direction, guidance, education and leadership to achieve high quality resident and family directed long term care.
Key leadership initiatives:  
    Continue to lead the transformation of Stensrud and Porteous Lodges into best in class homes for seniors care;
    Champion a culture of caring, safety and innovation that continues to drive exemplary performance and accountability through an exceptional resident care experience;
    Knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation, EPP, IPAC, CBAs and Ministry of Health LTC Guidelines
    Strong advocate for resident directed care
    Experience in the Eden Alternative. 5-7 years of direct management experience, ideally in seniors or long term care.
