HOUSEKEEPING ROOM ATTENDANT
Position Summary
The Best Western Plus Estevan is seeking two Room Attendant's to join our team. The BW Plus Estevan is a AAA Three-Diamond hotel, featuring 95 guest rooms, a indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, exercise room and function space, and the best location in Estevan.
Be a part of the best hotel in Saskatchewan! Our Room Attendants clean hotel guest rooms with a high level of quality as set by hotel standards. The Room Attendant must offer superb service to hotel guests by anticipating guests needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness while ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Cleaning hotel rooms
*Making beds
*Vacuuming floors
*Dusting furniture
*Cleaning glasses and bathrooms
*Ensuring cleanliness of guess rooms to Best Western standards and guest satisfaction
* Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience
*Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, lift above head repetitively for 6 to 8 hours
*Excellent customer service and communication skills required
*Must be a team player
*Must be able to push or lift up to 35 pounds
*Able to work flexible shifts including week days, weekends and and holidays
*Ability to communicate with guests
