We specialize in the design and construction of townhomes, apartment-style condominiums, commercial development and single-family homes. Established in 2011, our ownership and management team brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in real estate, engineering, and architectural design.

Job Profile:

We are looking for a full time Electrical Designer to join our in house design/drafting team. As a member of the team, your primary responsibility will be assisting in 3d Modeling and Drafting using Revit.

Primary Responsibilities:
    3D modeling/drafting using Revit and AutoCAD
    Work with in house engineers to prepare Electrical construction drawing packages.
o    Power
o    Data/Security
o    Life Safety
    Drawing management and document control.
    Review and understand design and technical documents
    Shop drawing review and material takeoffs
    Perform site inspections

Qualifications:
    Graduate from Technology Program
    1-2 years of experience


Knowledge of the following:
-    Proficient in Revit
o    Family Creation and Work Sets
-    Experienced in AutoCAD
-    Equipment Selection






Compensation will vary depending on the qualifications and experience of the individual. Baydo has a full health benefit package.
