The Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for directing all IMM sales and business development activities. The role will have 3 areas of responsibility:
1) ensuring the sales and estimating teams are focused on building strong, lasting relationships with existing and new clients;
2) be responsible for sales to key customers and effectively closing deals and garnering purchase orders;
3) initiate, support and follow through on business development activities.
Requirements:
- Relevant Post - Secondary education or significant Industry experience
- Relevant Business, marketing or related field working experience.
- Experience in closing major transactions
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with internal teams, key business partners and other stakeholders
- Skilled at assessing client needs, developing proposals, and delivering solutions
