1. Help create, develop and implement the restaurant concept.
2. Work with the owners to design and implement an overall strategy
3. Communicate your vision to all team members and lead by example. Reinforce values daily and inspires the team with his/her exciting vision for the future
4. Show leadership in creating a culture that revolves around the experience and enjoyment of food
5. Build and maintain relationships with guests, team members and senior management alike
6. Provide general administrative support for the restaurant
7. Demonstrate high personal integrity, business ethics and takes every opportunity to promote the venue
8. Conduct recruitment and selection and training and development initiatives as well as performance management and employee coaching
Use conflict resolution and problem solving skills
9. Assist with the tracking of sales, invoicing, and managing inventory
Manage the event service and catering line of business
10. Schedule event staff to properly service events/functions
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll records
11. Strive for maximum efficiency and continual improvement of staff productivity
Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health & Safety Act
12. Ensure facility is well maintained, repaired and spotless at all times
Build relationships with vendors and suppliers
Additional duties as assigned or required
13. Do weekly meeting with assistant manager and supervisor
14. Complete daily franchise paperwork and communicate with head office
15. Manage daily banking deposits and manager restaurant
16. give monthly report to owner
17. Give Target to assistant manager and supervisors for next month and guide them how to reach the goals
