Ranch Ehrlo Society, one of Saskatchewans top employers, is a non-profit organization and we are a highly specialized residential, family, and community-based agency that helps children, youth, adults, families, and communities.  The Ranch has residential and education programs at its Pilot Butte campus, in the City of Regina, at its Corman Park campus outside the City of Saskatoon, at its Buckland campus outside the City of Prince Albert, and in the City of Prince Albert.

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our agencys property management team as our Maintenance and Construction Coordinator.  This position is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of a mixed portfolio of facilities as well as oversees the maintenance and repair of the canoe and utility trailer fleet.  This role leads a staff of facilities maintenance workers who perform maintenance service and repairs in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and equipment and electrical servicing for the organization.  The ideal candidate is self-motivated and detail-orientated.  The candidate must be organized and have proven capabilities in multi-tasking, problem solving and prioritizing workloads.

To qualify for this position candidates must have:
    Journeyman in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or related trade with a minimum of 5 years work related experience
    Specialized training in various certifications or applications relating to basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or grounds keeping
