Service Writer
Kindersley, SK.

Position Responsibilities include:

1. Arrange for the control of each Repair Order and the proper charge for labour and materials to the Customer or the proper account for pre-delivery service or used wholegoods reconditioning.

2. Process warranty claims including computation of charges and filing with the correct manufacturing company within 48 hours of completion and follow-up to be certain claims are paid.

3. Complete Service Department filing, i.e., Repair Orders and records on a weekly basis.

4. Assist the Service Manager with ideas to keep expenses down within the Department.

5. Monitor repair completion progress and make sure open Repair Orders are completed and closed as quickly as possible.

6. Coordinate the rescheduling of additional needed repairs with obtaining Customer approval first.

7. Assist in administrative support for the location.

Ideal Candidate:

Strong background in office administration: answering phones, customer service, Paperwork.
Experience in the Agriculture Equipment Industry is preferred
Experience with Service work orders and Warranty Administration is preferred
