Experience: Farming background or equivalent experience in agriculture preferred, BSc. Engineering

To be successful in this role, you will:
-Have an understanding of grain and livestock production systems in North America.
-Identify opportunities for new product offerings for ground engaging tools that can be sold within our existing sales and distribution system, improving features of existing products, reducing costs, and improving quality.
-Have well developed time and project management skills and be able to complete projects, from concept to production to field support.
-Be able to work effectively in a team environment with other engineers, research and development technicians, production staff, and technical support/sales staff.
-Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Be flexible, switch easily between multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
-Supporting a sales and marketing team through producer field visits and providing technical information for products.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Biosystems Engineering
-Farming background or equivalent experience in agriculture preferred
-Manufacturing and agricultural engineering experience preferred
-Experience with advanced steel fabrication methods
-Proficient in 3D modelling
-Familiar with MRP/ERP systems
-Willingness to travel with a valid passport
-Must be eligible to work in Canada
