We are currently looking for a versatile Production Superintendent with at least 10 years of experience in similar roles as well as experience in the mining industry. This position requires working closely with other departments both on site and remotely to ensure exceptional production, safety, and environmental standards.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, organize and communicate with operations personnel to ensure optimum results in line with production plans, established quality standards, in a cost effective, safe and environmentally responsible manner within the statutory requirements of the Mine Regulations, Environmental Regulations and the OH&S Act.
Provide direction to Operations Supervisors to ensure operations and maintenance of all equipment are coordinated to avoid unnecessary downtime and delay
Establishes positive employee and labor relations by conducting and participating in activities that contribute to an effective working relationship with all employees
Promote teamwork at all levels through communication, monitoring and revision of performance standards, ensures crew compliance to performance standards and legislation
Continuous development, able to assume the duties and responsibilities of Mine Operations Manager as required
Assume other duties and responsibilities, as required, in response to changing circumstances and the physical and economic environment of the Mine and the Company
