Boston Pizza North Albert is currently looking for hard working individuals with a passion for the restaurant industry. We are looking for candidates who can handle a faced paced environment and still have a positive attitude.
We are open from 11:00am 1:00am Sunday - Wednesday and 11:00am 2:00am Thurdsay - Saturday.
Summary of work performed:
The server is responsible for the service of all food and beverage items to the guests in a prompt, efficient and above all, friendly and courteous manner. They will maintain a high level of service, ensuring that all products served meet Boston Pizza specifications. The server will also assist in the cleanliness and organization of the dining room and service areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The server is responsible for ensuring that all guests are served in accordance with the high standards outlined by Boston Pizza.
The server will maintain a high level of product knowledge and ensure all menu items served are prepared according to Boston Pizzas standards of excellence.
The server will ensure that all stock on hand meets levels specified by the service supervisor and management.
The cleanliness of the dining room and service areas will be a top priority. They will ensure that all checklists and cleaning schedules are followed.
The server will ensure that guest benefit from ongoing and upcoming promotions by staying abreast and helping in the implementation of new promotions.
Co-operation, communication and teamwork are essential for a successful server.
Food and Beverage Serving Skills
