Description

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic team player who brings their great day attitude with them!

As our first point of contact we require someone who can think quickly, solve problems, multi-task under pressure, and; above all else be upbeat, helpful and poised while working with tenants and co-workers in an active business environment.  If you have a personality matching this and love helping people this may be the position for you!

This is a permanent full time position with regular hours as per the current CBA.

Education/Experience:
High school Diploma (or equivalent) plus Office Education and one year experience in an administration or office setting or an equivalent combination of education or experience.

Demonstrated abilities:
-Possess well-developed organizational and time management skills, have a professional and positive attitude to applicants, tenants and co-workers
-Accustomed to office routine, procedures and equipment including computerized software programs, such as MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and Internet applications
-Perform calculations required for successful job performance
-Knowledge and/or experience in working with seniors, families, and/or typical tenants
-Work effectively in a team-based environment
-Learn quickly and be detail-oriented
