Summary: The Pool Manager is accountable for the daily operations of the hotels pool facilities. This includes overall supervision of the pool team while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety for our guests and associates.
Impact & Influence on Guests, Associates and Business:
Provide training, mentoring, coaching and performance management of team members
Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, hiring, performance evaluations, payroll, budgeting
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures
Ensure compliance of all Health and Safety legislation, policies, procedures and processes
Ensure correct water chemical testing, application and record keeping
