Description

Southeast College is currently recruiting for a part-time (approx. 19 hours/week) administrative support professional to join their team.

Your role will be to provide administrative and clerical support for the operation of Southeast College's Estevan campus on a part-time basis.

QUALIFICATIONS:    
Education
One year Office Education certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution; must include demonstrated computer training, specifically including MS Office.  

Experience        
A minimum of one year of related and relevant experience in an office setting.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of administrative support system.

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer applications, including use of email, word processors, spreadsheets, and data entry.

Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with College staff.
    
Effective public relations skills  courteous and helpful reception and inquiry skills when dealing with customers, clients, etc.  

Proficient in the use of grammar, punctuation and proofreading.

Maintains confidentiality of personal information at all times.  

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication skills.

Proven ability to practice effective time management and prioritize work as well as the ability to multi-task.  

Demonstrated communication skills and effective public relations skills.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize work according to the needs.
