Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Welcome and greet patients for Consults, Follow-up appointments
Schedule and confirm bookings
Ensure reception area and examination room are clean and tidy at all times
Maintain proper patient flow in the reception & examination room for efficient and proper use of the facility
Ensure proper and accurate documentation of patient information
Transcribe Physician's dictations
Cross cover for one of the physicians in the clinic
Take patient's blood pressure, height & weight
Managing physician's schedule on EMR
Answering and returning phone calls
Attending to all tasks in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements preferred but not limited to:
Provide Excellent and Exceptional Customer Service Experience
Good knowledge of Electronic Medical Records System
Ability to adapt easily
Must be a fast learner
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced clinic while paying attention to details
Excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
Superior time management skills
Excellent phone ethics
Good computer skills
Maintain confidentiality and conduct business in a professional manner
45WPM
Knowledge of Medical Terminology while not required may be an advantage
