Brandt has an Executive Assistant position available for a 12-month term in our Regina Head Office. Reporting to the Director of Executive Services. This position will work within the Executive Services Corporate department supporting Senior Executives by utilizing project management skill sets and Administration competencies. With the ability to pace and manage multiple demands and priorities simultaneously, the Executive Assistant will perform a variety of advanced, high-level administrative functions for managers across the company. Tasks include organizing and coordination of tradeshows, tours, and events, backup for head office reception and various projects as they arise.
The successful candidate will possess a post-secondary certificate in this field and a minimum 3 years experience supporting a senior manager. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ability to work independently and with a high level of discretion is critical.
