Munch Catering is seeking a strong leader to manage and expand the catering services of Munch.  The successful candidate will work 25-35 hours weekly to start with expectations that role will become full-time. Catering contracts are primarily Monday  Friday.  Starting date is approximately August 15th.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans, directs and coordinates catering activities for Munch
-    Manages communication with clients
-    Schedules catering staff and volunteers
-    Completes grocery shopping
-    Leads catering team in food preparation and delivery
Responsible for client satisfaction through effective communication and follow up
Responsible for food safety compliance
Provides day-to-day coaching, mentoring and leadership to catering assistants and volunteers

Preferred skills and experience:
Minimum 2 years experience with food preparation, ideally in a commercial setting
Food Safety levels I and II
Relational experience with people with cognitive disabilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Munch is a non-profit catering operation (and registered charity) whose mission is to provide food service training and employment for adults with cognitive disabilities. Munch has been providing catering services in Regina since February 2016 and has a loyal and expanding customer base.
