Description

As part of the program development team, this organized individual will be responsible for analyzing data relating to stock, identify product supply issues and create viable solutions. You will act as the liaison with suppliers and manufacturers to troubleshoot out-of-stock issues to resolution while working on preventative measures to ensure improved future demand planning results. You will use administrative skills to effectively communicate information and provide support to our membership surrounding supply and other related issues.

Following procedures and standards to provide efficient data analysis
Working as a team player in our program development.
Communicating information with suppliers, distributors, and our members which includes assessing and identifying problems, researching solutions, and coordinating the situation to a resolution.
Developing techniques to improve forecasting effectiveness.

LEVEL OF EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
College diploma or bachelors degree in IT related or business admin field.
Minimum 2 years analysis experience or related role.
Superior communication and organization skills required including composing various business communications and balancing and coordinating a workload of multiple projects.
Task-driven with a proven track record of meeting strict deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, attention to detail is critical.
Problem-solving - Ability in identifying and resolving issues.
Experience with databases and reporting applications. SQL experience an asset.
Experience with supply and procurement activities (or strong understanding thereof) an asset
