The Manager, Accessibility Services is accountable for the leadership, planning, development, implementation, evaluation and management of a comprehensive system of accessibility services for both current and prospective Saskatchewan Polytechnic students. Clinical and Accessibility Services provides verification of disabilities, assessment and diagnosis of Learning Disabilities, student accommodations, and assistive technology. The Manager, Accessibility Services is accountable for the planning, development and implementation of new, innovative services in response to student, campus, community, and provincial needs.
In addition to the daily financial management and allocation of operational resources, the Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation control of departmental operational and capital plans and budgets.
The manager will be accountable and have independent authority for the direction, recruitment, retention, performance management and training of multiple staff to ensure that Saskatchewan Polytechnic is equipped to deliver the best educational experience possible for its students.
