Description

David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit for an Administrative Assistant, Real Estate, based in Saskatoon.

This is a Work-From-Home opportunity that will commence immediately and requires someone with knowledge of the real estate industry.

The Role:

Working within a highly confidential and professional environment, duties will include:
Supporting leadership with the day to day management of schedules
Establishing and coordinating calendars, arranging and scheduling appointments/meetings
Preparing and editing financial, narrative, reports, and communications as requested
Supporting leadership with composing & producing routine correspondence
Tracking the progress and completion of projects, tracking client deadlines and billings
Coordinating external client and internal staff meetings
Sorting and organizing incoming and outgoing mail and dealing with correspondence as appropriate (responding, delivering, filtering)
Providing additional other days to day administrative support as required

The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years of professional office experience in an Administrative role
A relevant post-secondary degree or diploma (or equivalent qualifications)
Experience working within the real estate industry
All relevant equipment to work from home
Strong organizational skills and ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Competence in using all facets of Microsoft Office
Highly dependable and trustworthy and able to manage conflicting priorities and deadline
